I really love southern food and BBQ.  Like, a lot. I’m a Southern girl trapped in a California girl’s body. Christina of Christina Z Photography is back today and sharing her amazing Recipe for BBQ Pulled Pork. My husband has already added the ingredients to my shopping list tomorrow! Guess I know what I’m cooking this week. Looks so good!

Allow to cook for 5-6 hours on High or 10-12 hours on Low.

Once the meat is cooked thoroughly and easily pulls apart with a fork, dump the entire contents of the crock pit into a strainer (in the sink).

Shred or Pull the pork using 2 forks.

Once all the meat is pulled, return it to the crock pot and add 2 cups BBQ sauce (I use our favorite BBQ sauce for this part) and stir.
