Hi Party Princess! I am so glad you are here…thank you for stepping into my little castle. Since we don’t know each other yet let me give you a quick little background on me: I am a former Marine Biology major and paralegal turned owner, creative director, blogger, party stylist, graphic designer, baker, seamstress, glitter fairy, and magic maker for my two children. My passion has always been cooking, crafting, entertaining, and creating memorable parties and my blog and website reflect my classic girly, pink, sparkly, and glittery style. Readers enjoy my recipes, DIYs, tutorials, party inspiration, and honest product reviews.
I kinda like parties if you haven’t noticed and I’m so thankful that some of those parties have ended up in some awesome publications like Mingle Magazine and Tattle Magazine. A friend of mine took a really pretty picture of flowers at my Pink Parisian Bunco Fete event and Martha Stewart was kind enough to feature it on her (now defunct) Dreamers into Doers site. Some of my parties can be found on Hostess with the Mostess, Catch My Party, Occasions Magazine, Project Nursery, Pizzazzerie, Disney’s Spoonful, The Party Wagon, and Pretty My Party as well.
I really really love working with brands too, just in case you were wondering. I am an established brand influencer and currently work with some wonderful companies such as Online Labels, Oriental Trading, The Bouqs, Dress My Cupcake, Koyal Wholesale, Tiny Prints, PaperMart, and Jelly Belly. I am thrilled to be a member of the Sizzix Design Team and a Brand Ambassador for World Market. I welcome new opportunities to work with great companies that are the right fit for my brand. I am also a proud member of the Parade Magazine Editorial Board and a Huffington Post contributor.
I am passionate about supporting small businesses and creating meaningful business relationships with like minded creative companies. I founded California Party Professionals in 2013 which includes party planners, stylists, party business owners, graphic artists, graphic designers, photographers, event coordinators, culinary artisans, floral artists, clothiers, sweets owners, entertainers, and party goods suppliers. If you are a California party related business owner please contact me for more information on joining our group.
I have also just launched my media company called BOSS GIRL MEDIA. I just launched my first ecourse, “Treat Your Blog Like a Business” where I spill some of my tips, tricks, and all the things I wish I knew when I first started out. I’m also sharing my super secret master list of blogger programs you can join. If you are looking to start a blog or just want my secrets you can find the course at bossgirlmedia.teachable.com.
So, I think that’s enough about me. I hope you stick around and check out some of my posts. If you like parties, crafts, DIYs, and recipes…you’re in the right place!
